1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website — booking appointments, creating an account, or ordering from the shop — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please contact the clinic directly by phone or WhatsApp instead.
۱۔ شرائط کی قبولیت
اس ویب سائٹ کے استعمال — اپائنٹمنٹ بکنگ، اکاؤنٹ بنانے یا شاپ سے آرڈر — سے آپ ان شرائط سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں۔ اتفاق نہ ہو تو براہِ کرم فون یا واٹس ایپ پر براہِ راست کلینک سے رابطہ کریں۔
2. Our services
Fatima Clinic provides general medicine consultations, minor surgical procedures, and related diagnostic facilities under Dr. Nawaf Tariq (MBBS, R.M.P.). Online content is general information — it is not a diagnosis. Emergency cases should go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
۲۔ ہماری خدمات
فاطمہ کلینک میں ڈاکٹر نواف طارق (ایم بی بی ایس، آر ایم پی) جنرل میڈیسن، معمولی سرجری اور متعلقہ تشخیصی سہولیات فراہم کرتے ہیں۔ ویب سائٹ کا مواد عمومی معلومات ہے، تشخیص نہیں۔ ایمرجنسی کی صورت میں فوراً قریبی ایمرجنسی وارڈ جائیں۔
3. Appointments & cancellations
Online booking holds your slot in the chosen session (morning or evening). If you cannot attend, cancel or reschedule at least a few hours in advance — by phone, WhatsApp, or from My Appointments. Repeated no-shows may require walk-in visits instead of reserved slots.
۳۔ اپائنٹمنٹ اور منسوخی
آن لائن بکنگ آپ کا سلاٹ (صبح یا شام کی نشست میں) محفوظ کر دیتی ہے۔ نہ آ سکیں تو چند گھنٹے پہلے فون، واٹس ایپ یا «میری اپائنٹمنٹس» سے منسوخ یا تبدیل کر دیں۔ بار بار غیر حاضری کی صورت میں صرف واک اِن وزٹ ممکن ہوگی۔
4. Fees & payments
Consultation fees are payable at the clinic counter in PKR. Shop orders can be paid by Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or online (cards / JazzCash / Easypaisa) where available. Prices shown on the website are in Pakistani Rupees and may be updated by the clinic.
۴۔ فیس اور ادائیگی
مشاورت کی فیس کلینک کاؤنٹر پر روپوں میں ادا کی جاتی ہے۔ شاپ کے آرڈر کی ادائیگی ڈلیوری پر نقد، بینک ٹرانسفر یا آن لائن (کارڈ / جاز کیش / ایزی پیسہ) سے ممکن ہے۔ ویب سائٹ پر قیمتیں پاکستانی روپوں میں ہیں اور کلینک انہیں تبدیل کر سکتا ہے۔
5. Medical records
Your medical record is maintained by the clinic and handled according to our Privacy Policy. You may request access to your own record at the clinic.
۵۔ طبی ریکارڈ
آپ کا طبی ریکارڈ کلینک کے پاس محفوظ رہتا ہے اور پرائیویسی پالیسی کے مطابق استعمال ہوتا ہے۔ آپ کلینک میں اپنا ریکارڈ دیکھنے کی درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔
6. Limitation of liability
We provide care with full professional diligence, but no clinic can guarantee specific medical outcomes. The clinic is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, missed appointments, or use of the website contrary to these terms — except where the law says otherwise.
۶۔ ذمہ داری کی حد
ہم پوری پیشہ ورانہ توجہ سے علاج کرتے ہیں، لیکن کوئی کلینک مخصوص طبی نتیجے کی ضمانت نہیں دے سکتا۔ غلط فراہم کردہ معلومات، چھوٹی ہوئی اپائنٹمنٹ یا شرائط کے خلاف ویب سائٹ کے استعمال سے ہونے والے نقصان کی ذمہ داری کلینک پر نہیں — سوائے اس کے جہاں قانون مختلف کہے۔
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page with its date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
۷۔ شرائط میں تبدیلی
